Our basic pricing is designed to keep prices affordable for all. It does not include linen, towels or toiletries. If you would like to have these supplied than we can do so - see the pricing below.
Room Arrangement - all beds in the house are singles they are rolled together if a double is required.
We supply mattress protectors, pillows and a quilt. There are ample spare blankets in the cupboards of each bedroom.
Room 1 - 2 beds, both with a trundle
Room 2 - 2 beds, both with trundles
Room 3 - 2 beds both with a trundle
Room 4 - 3 beds
Room 5 - 3 beds
Games room - a bunk bed, trundle bed and double mattress.
There are a number of foam mattresses in the cupboards for extras to sleep in other spaces.
Check in time is after 3.00 pm.
Check out is 11.00am - gives you plenty of time to soak up the ambience on your last morning. A late checkout at 2pm can be arranged for a small fee of $50 if there is no booking on the day of leaving .
The rooms - note all beds in the house are singles, they are pushed together to make doubles. Fitted king double sheets will cover both beds.
The beds in the 3 larger rooms have a quality mattress trundle in case you would like a 3rd or even 4th person in the room. It would be cosy but quite possible.
You can bring your own bedding and linen if you like. You will need to bring king size double sheets or single sheets depending on how you wish to make up the beds.
We can supply linen for your stay if you wish - $10 per bed/stay.
Towels - $5 per person.
The house is architecturally designed and quite warm in winter, especially with the fire going in the main area, but if you require a heater in your room then we charge a nominal fee to cover electricity - $5 / night. We supply firewood for the inside fire - there is plenty of timber on the property for the outside fire.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the normal utensils, plates bowls cups etc. You will need to bring your own coffee machine as it is not possible to match everyones pods.
There are 2 large tables in the main area that can sit 16 around. There is ample outside seating for the whole group.
